What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply a heightened state of focus and concentration.

In fact, hypnosis is a natural part of your sleep cycle meaning everyone is hypnotized at least twice a day: once when you're falling asleep and again when you're waking up. Everyone can be hypnotized, and hypnosis is nothing to be nervous about or afraid of. The experience of hypnosis is a little different for everyone, but a few things are the same across the board: you don't black out into nothingness or lose control of yourself. You won't do anything under hypnosis that is against your morals or general character. Hypnosis is simply a way to remove the obstacles in your mind to start achieving your goals.

How does it work?

Hypnosis works by uniting the two parts of the mind: the conscious and the subconscious.


The subconscious part of your mind controls things like your emotions, desires and basic needs, while your conscious mind controls rational thought. You may make a decision with your conscious mind, but unless your subconscious is on board things may not go the way you want them to.


Hypnosis ensures both parts of your mind are aligned on your goals and removes any obstacles to achieving those goals. Because of the way hypnosis works it's a perfect tool to overcome almost any issue that may arise, or to simply improve your quality of life.
